Katie Gustafson
is a licensed therapist, writer and speaker. Katie knows that true, lasting change comes only when you incorporate a daily routine into your life that sets you up for success. Katie’s heart is to help people understand and embrace their unique desires, needs and identity. These ultimately tether us to healthy beliefs about life and ourselves amidst chaos. She’s also trained in the Narrative Enneagram Tradition and guides corporations and other teams towards greater self-development and relational growth.
Ally Fallon
is a bestselling author, public speaker, and founder of Find Your Voice—a community that supports anyone who wants to write anything. She’s dedicated the past decade of her career to helping people write books and teaching even the most skeptical “writers” to use writing as a powerful tool to generate positive change in their lives.
Koula Callahan
Yoga has been part of Koula’s healing journey for 10 years, and she's been teaching for the last 7. Her classes, while physically demanding, encourage self discovery, self care and self discipline. She focuses on the truth that the human body stores information that can only be accessed through movement and intentional breath. Accessing that knowledge creates awareness. As we become more aware we deepen our capacity to heal. Koula hopes her classes bring knowledge and healing to all of her students.
